Windrush at Garden City provides a variety of activities to help residents stay active and engaged. Each month, we plan activities designed to appeal to every resident, such as: crafts, movies, puzzles and games, reminiscing and gardening. We also feature seasonal and holiday-related activities and crafts.

Celebrations and Events
At Windrush at Garden City, we believe in celebrating life, and we celebrate often. From live musical entertainment to birthday parties and holiday festivities, there’s always something joyful and fun going on for our residents.
We’re always happy to have families visit and we host special family nights several times every year, including fall and spring events. We also have a Christmas family event where residents, families and team members share the joy of the season.
Residents’ family members are welcome to participate in our activities and also are invited to attend monthly events at Windrush at Garden City. Events are specifically geared toward our residents’ extended family.
When we gather together for special occasions with family and friends that remind our residents that they are loved. Whether we are sharing a traditional Easter dinner, honoring our veterans, hosting trick-or-treaters, giving thanks for our many blessings, worshipping together at Christmas or ringing in the new year, we make every event one to remember.
